minified lit-html output is not reproducible (the terser name-cache
seeder was dropped, so property names flip between builds).

- Restores the seeder; inlines a ~30-line build-time helper, so no new

This is the last blocker for node-lit moving to testing testing, which
in turn unblocks siso (RFP https://bugs.debian.org/1051557 <https://
bugs.debian.org/1051557>) moving to testing too. Could a team member
review and upload?

sadly this lib is maintained by homeassistant team and we don't have the
