Package: node-uuid
Version: 14.0.3-1
Severity: serious
Justification: policy violation (§10.1)
Control: fixed -1 14.0.2-1

Hi,

The new node-uuid version is not installable on my system:

```
# LANG=C apt full-upgrade
[…]
(Reading database ... 728235 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack .../node-uuid_14.0.3-1_all.deb ...
Unpacking node-uuid (14.0.3-1) over (14.0.2-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive
/var/cache/apt/archives/node-uuid_14.0.3-1_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/uuid', which is also in package uuid (1.6.6-1+b2)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/node-uuid_14.0.3-1_all.deb
Error: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
```

14.0.2-1 did not ship /usr/bin/uuid, but neither the changelog nor
upstreams git log suggests why 14.0.3-1 does now. In any case, uuid
wins the path by seniority (and because its in the binary package of
the same name) for now, but §10.1 outlines various ways this could be
dealt with depending on what is (not) intended.

Best regards
