The problem was that I couldn't even create an empty repository inside pkg-javascript due to some permission problem: now I could, so it seems that, at least this one problem, is fixed. :) Another problem was that I could not commit into other team-maintained repositories: this is usually an umask problem. I suggest an umask of 0002, so that team-members can work on repositories created by single members.
