It's fine to ship GPL-3 code in Debian. However the source package has
to include the full source where source means the "preferred form of
modification".

For JavaScript libraries minimized versions without whitespace and
comments are *not* the preferred form of modification. So the source for
the libraries embedded into benchmark.html is missing.
