Hm, okay. I’m not familiar with all those things, which is why I thought to ask the maintainers who know about it ;) > Apparently, the only dependency at runtime is jquery >= 1.9, > as described in the bower.json file. This looks like a fair amount of hassle, especially the attitude of the Crockfordists. I’m not familiar with nodejs packaging… but is there a free alternative to jshint which we could just patch in so that users of grunt wanting to run jshint would just get the free one? (Or maybe stub it out entirely?) Speaking “professionally” (i.e. for my employer), it’s fine if grunt would end up in non-free, for now (which would make our FusionForge variant technically into contrib/ but we’re not uploading it to the archive so it’s moot). We don’t have any substantial knowledge on nodejs inhouse, either. > PS: > are you on this list ? No, but I’ll peek at the Alioth pipermail archives to see whether I got answers. (My interest here is purely that of “user” in the sense that I maintain packages that depend on this stuff.) bye, //mirabilos -- tarent solutions GmbH Rochusstraße 2-4, D-53123 Bonn • http://www.tarent.de/ Tel: +49 228 54881-393 • Fax: +49 228 54881-314 HRB 5168 (AG Bonn) • USt-ID (VAT): DE122264941 Geschäftsführer: Boris Esser, Sebastian Mancke _______________________________________________ Pkg-javascript-devel mailing list Pkg-javascript-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-javascript-devel
