I guess it would be good to finally have node-mocha in Debian. Thanks for taking a look at devDependencies. Till now, we (status: half a year ago) have ignored devDependencies for the sake of preferrably getting actual node-* software into Debian first. But I guess, it is time now that someone starts looking at test suites and stuff like that for node.js.
