I can only find this files in the demos (sorry, haven't checked what was
in squeeze, but apparently it wasn't meant to be part of the normal icons):

The current version of jqueryui (and the oldest version in the Debian
version control system¹) indeed only has it in the demos, so if it was
ever shipped in the base theme that was probably a mistake.

As this isn't a theme icon, I am not going to add it back, sorry.
