We have two source packages for jquery now. We maintain a custom build system to generate libjs-jquery https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-javascript/jquery.git/tree/debian/rules But now we can just create it from node-jquery source package with grunt. Only change we need is to remove bundled sizzle.js https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/node-jquery.git/tree/debian/rules
