I work on the LTS and ELTS teams, but I do not have a specific role with the Security team. That said, if one of the members of the Security wishes to perform the upload, that is fine by me, or I can go ahead and upload the package I have prepared. Ordinarily a security update like this to stable is coordinated between the package maintainer and the security team. Since I prepared the patches for LTS/ELTS before the security team got to it in stable and since those patches applied cleanly, I went ahead and prepared a package to save someone else having to duplicate the work. So, to be clear from my side, I am happy to upload the package and publish the DSA, so long as someone from the security team gives the OK first. Regards, -Roberto -- Roberto C.
