Dear maintainers,

I'm using kaffeine to see DVB streams from an USB device.
Since, on stable release, VLC has been upgraded to version 3.0 I have experienced a jerky stream at first playing a video on Kaffeine after a fresh boot
I have experienced this bug with version 2.0.13-1 and 2.0.15-1 (builded against unsatisfied dependencies)
If I stop and the restart the video the stream becomes fluid, This bug affected only the video part of a stream, audio played is always correct. 


When the stream is fluid this is the output on the console:
