Package: kvirc
Version: 4:5.0.0+dfsg-1
Hi,
In previous Kvirc versions (for example, kvirc in wheezy) it was possible to
view a zipped text file from the File Transfers window. Suppose the user
downloaded a zipped text file named "test.txt.zip". In kvirc in wheezy it was
possible to just doubleclick on the file name in the File Transfers window and
kvirc would launch Ark from which the user could view the content of the
"test.txt" file.
The above is no longer possible in Kvric in Buster. Doubleclicking on the file
name in the File Transfers window does not seem to do anything, Ark isn't
launched, the user would have to go to the directory where the "test.txt.zip"
file is saved (which is inconvenient and wastes time) and try to view it there.
The attached file shows my Media Type settings for "*.zip". Is there a way to
make kvirc to work as it did in wheezy (see above)?
Thanks
