The Build-Depends: libpoppler-qt6-dev has the following specified:
Architecture: amd64 arm64 armel armhf loong64 mips64el ppc64el riscv64 s390x
alpha hppa hurd-any m68k powerpc ppc64 sh4 sparc64
Please make the build dependency architecure dependent on those architectures
so the package can migrate (i386 cannot be built currently). The PDF component
is optional.
