Hi Carsten,

Not quite sure what problem you are reporting:

A Recommends: means 'packages that would be found together with this one in 
all but unusual installations'.

If one really wants you could install kipi-plugins without imagemagick, but it 
isn't recommended, but it isn't absolutly necessary.
