The find command shows that there are only two files/directories called
'common' in /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML:
> $ find /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML -name common

> > $ ls -l /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/*/kid3/common

So this one points to /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/common but the find
command only found /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kid3/common. So yes,
this link *is* broken.
