Hi Mailing List! Since Jesper Pedersen is stepping back as maintainer of KPhotoAlbum [1] Henner Zeller, some others and me are stepping in and trying to release a new version of KPhotoAlbum (KPA) [2].
Our main focus is in getting the new version into the KDE repos and into Debain (and subsequently into Ubuntu). What steps are necessary for the Debian package archives to accept the new release and what pieces for the software do you need? (Sources, ofcourse, but what about translations, bugfix reports, compiling instructions, what else?)
