Commercial transactions occur within a complex contracting environment that 
governs what companies can do and cannot do. The contracting professional also 
interprets and enforces many of their promises in the agreements. Contracting 
professionals often lack the understanding of what makes up this contracting

designed to give participants an understanding of the contracting fundamentals.
