I investigated and they only want to send serious bugs through the wheezy
updates proceedure.
I am currently trying to get ktp 0.6.3 into wheezy-backports but that may take
a while.
You could also use "debcheckout kde-telepathy-contact-list" to grab the
packaging source, check out the debian/0.4.0-1 and build a version with the
fix.
