Package: skanlite Version: 0.8-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? Opened a Konsole and did sux to another account. Typed "skanlite &" on the terminal. The application launched and, after a brief pause, reported it could not find any scanners. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? I verified that I did not have skanlite open from my main session (I had not opened it up to this point). Verified it would open from my main session. Started a new KDE session with switch user as the user that experienced the failure. The scanner opened normally. * What was the outcome of this action? Unable to find scanner.
