I am going to accept your package, but there are issues with the license documentation that should be corrected befor the next upload.
As documented in your debian/copyright file, upstream uses both LGPL and GPL in various versions, but the only COPYING file provided is for LGPL 2.1. All the packages licenses should be included, so you'll need additional variants included so there is coverage. Also, it seems that upstream needs to sort out LGPL versus GPL in a few cases. Here's one from otr-proxy/KTpProxy/proxy-observer.cpp: * This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify * * it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by * * the Free Software Foundation; either version 2.1 of the License, or * * (at your option) any later version. Of course there is no GPL version 2.1. GPL 3 exists and is later than 2.1, so it's not undistribtable on it's face, but upstream ought to clarify. I didn't check extensively for this issue. Please do so and work with upstream to clarify the intended licenses.
