Package: subtitlecomposer
Version: 0.5.3-4
Severity: minor

Dear maintainers of subtitlecomposer,

The package subtitlecomposer doesn't build from source if the package "qt5-qmake" is installed. If this package is installed, the subtitlecomposer's build system will use the Qt5 QMake instead of the Qt4 QMake, but subtitlecomposer/KDE is incompatible with Qt5.

This can be fixed by either patching the build system to use the specific executable "qmake-qt4" instead of the generic executable "qmake" or by simply adding a "Build-Conflicts" entry for "qt5-qmake".

Thank you for maintaining subtitlecomposer and in advance for fixing this problem!

Version: 0.5.7-1

This bug was fixed in version 0.5.7-1, but the report wasn't closed automatically because of missing changelog entries (no "git-dch --auto" was executed before release). The changelog entry that is relevant for this bug would have been:

* Declared build conflict with Qt5. (Closes: #784075)
