Krusader is one KDE application I know of that specifically says you can run 
it as root [1].  It does, however need kdesu or some equivalent (but gksu has 
been removed, so I don't know what else it would be).  It doesn't however 
Depend/ Recommend anything like that [2].

My suggestion would be to make sure krusader Recommends whatever it needs to 
run as root and drop kdesudo from the kde task.  Apps specifically intended to 
be run with elevated privileges should Depend or Recommend what's needed to do 
so.  I don't see a need for the task to provide it.
