Hi Norbet and Lisandro, Thanks for getting back to me.
We would prefer if the packaging would also move to salsa, so that others here have access and can work on the package in case urgent need arises. If this is not an option, at least I can request access to the repository on gitlab.
I agree. The GitLab repo was where the Mobian packaging was taking place. I've since cloned the repo to salsa at https://salsa.debian.org/undef/calamares-extensions if you could please clone it under KDE Extras I'll finish working on it there.
Well, there is not much of a "KDE Extras Team" ;-) Everyone here helps here and there, and we will surely try our best to help you. But - and that is somehow important - the team here is already rather overloaded due to the huge amount of packages. If you want the calamares-extension in Debian, that is fine with us, and we will surely help, but it would be great if you could care for the package in the future. Thanks for your understanding.
That is absolutely my plan. I don't want to load extra work on you where possible, simply to have the package in it's right place and to be able to ask questions should something QT/C++ packaging related come up that I don't know how to resolve. Aside from that and review/upload (if possible, this only the second package I've taken to Debian) I plan on keeping it up to date and working myself.
Thank you, Jarrah. -- https://alioth-lists.debian.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-kde-talk
