Uploading openexr >= 3.0 to unstable

Dear PhotoTools Maintainers & Matteo,

I’m working on packaging KDE Frameworks 5.90 and one of the packages 
kimageformat 5.90.0 depends on openexr >= 3.0.

What are your plans for uploading the experimental version of openexr 
to unstable ?
