They are leaf packages so they can be always hinted out of testing until they get fixes. - kshutdown has not been handled yet, we will do so soon - plasma-widget-smooth-tasks is getting an update to a forked version of it (since the original seems to not be developed lately...) the rest of the sources (those without */**) can be binNMUed now, I think (as kde-workspace compiled everywhere in release archs at least).
