Hi,

uxlaunch FTBFS on some architecturte.
The architecture that does not declare __NR_ioprio_set in uxlaunch
seems to become FTBFS.
__NR_ioprio_set was supported.

This can use  by include asm/unistd.h in the architecture supporting linux

I made patch to support this . Could you apply this patch?
