What exactly am I expected to do about this bug?? If "firefox-dev" is not
meant to be in Stretch than it should have "serious" bug instead of packages
that depend on "firefox-dev".

Should I just replace "firefox-dev" with "firefox-esr-dev"? How are they
different?

Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfils the same
function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy
state of things.
