don't know whether commit mail works. Haven't used it yet.

I have now copied disclaimer of warranty statement in the license
description tag.

I have used

"Source: http://liba52.sourceforge.net";

Old fre form copyright states:
"It was downloaded from <http://liba52.sourceforge.net/>."

Hence my point is that the DEP-5 version still complies with the Policy.

You can view new copyright in dep-5 branch. Copied at the end as well.
