Severity: normal

When streaming dvb from a dual processor machine, often the stream just
stops. In which case this message is given:

    2004-07-15 10:49:28 [INFO/dvb] Deleted programs

    2004-07-15 10:49:28 [INFO/dvb]

    2004-07-15 10:49:28 [INFO/dvb] Added programs

libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS discontinuity (received 8, expected 15)
libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS discontinuity (received 8, expected 15)
libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS discontinuity (received 7, expected 14)
    2004-07-15 10:49:35 [INFO/dvb] New PAT

On a single processor machine, everything works fine. On a dual processor
machine running something that uses 100% cpu also ``fixes'' the problem. So i
guess there is a subtle threading problem.
