fwiw, we started to collect possibilities on the wiki:

I've been involved in LAC for 4 past iterations on their streamteam, but
sadly cannot make it again this year. :-( But, I can vouch for it as a
good environment with lots of great people.

We do have some numbers growing for DC10 and should definitely make
plans for working sessions there. Something sooner than that is
obviously highly desirable, though.
