I am having the same symptom.  Seems to be related to this upstream bug,
which though marked as fixed, appears not to be fixed in SVN as of today
(based on my own testing).

The suggested workaround, to add <storage caching="no"> to the conf.xml
works for me, though, so I'm going to stick with the official Debian 0.12.0
package in the meantime.
