Package: jackd Version: 1.9.5~dfsg-13 Severity: important I'm using my firewire audiocard(Echo Audiofire 4) with ffado drivers. libffado, ffado-dbus-serverv, ffado-qt4-mixer and ffado-tools versions: 2.0.0-1 I'm using this versions because with the latest version, 2.0.0+svn1813-1, mixer don't start.
after upgrading jackd from 0.118+svn3796-3 to 1.9.5~dfsh-13 i noticed bug: when i turn off my sound card, then turn it again and starting jackd, my computer reboots. It happens when jackd starting, not when i turn on soundcard. When i using jackd 0.118, my computer didn't reboot. That is why it seems not a hardware problem. There are not any errors about this. The last messages are about normal turning off/turning on soundcard: ieee1394: Node changed: 0-01:1023 -> 0-00:1023 ieee1394: Node suspended: ID:BUS[0-00:1023] GUID[00148609c444c06e] ieee1394: Node changed: 0-00:1023 -> 0-01:1023 ieee1394: Node resumed: ID:BUS[0-01:1023] GUID[00148609c444c06e] -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (990, 'stable'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-xen-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages jackd depends on: ii coreutils 6.10-6 The GNU core utilities ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.24 Debian configuration management sy ii libasound2 1.0.22-2 shared library for ALSA applicatio ii libc6 2.10.2-7 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcelt0-0 0.7.1-1 The CELT codec runtime library ii libjack0 1.9.5~dfsg-13 JACK Audio Connection Kit (librari ii libreadline6 6.1-2 GNU readline and history libraries ii libsamplerate0 0.1.4-1 audio rate conversion library ii libsndfile1 1.0.21-2 Library for reading/writing audio Versions of packages jackd recommends: ii jackd-firewire 1.9.5~dfsg-13 JACK Audio Connection Kit (FFADO a ii libpam-modules 1.0.1-5+lenny1 Pluggable Authentication Modules f pn qjackctl <none> (no description available) Versions of packages jackd suggests: pn jack-tools <none> (no description available) pn libjackasyn0 <none> (no description available) pn meterbridge <none> (no description available) -- debconf information: * jackd/tweak_rt_limits: true _______________________________________________ pkg-multimedia-maintainers mailing list pkg-multimedia-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-multimedia-maintainers
