On startup rosegarden4 pops up some sort of an undecorated "timer" window in 
middle of the screen which can be neither moved nor covered.

This is an old bug filed on a very old version of rosegarden.  Its been
tagged moreinfo for years without getting any more info, so I'm closing
it now.

If you are still able to reproduce this bug, please do not hesitate to
reopen this bug report.
