Oh.Looks like patchsys-quilt.mk mess (quilt maintains a CDBS-like file not updated with newest CDBS mechanisms). You can clean it up manually after generating control file, or (preferrably) drop patchsys-quilt.mk altogether now that you've switched to source format 3.0.
