Both commits are manual edits. I didn't run in
DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_DEBIAN_CONTROL mode. While I like this feature, I
considered it unnecessary just for a version bump.

Anyway, if it helps you (or whoever might benefit from it), I'll not
commit tweaks to control and control.in at the same time anymore.

Au contraire, I think control.in is the place to edit. What can be
generated should be generated, and I had a couple of "regenerate
control" commits in the past.

I just have to quit being lazy and let cdbs take care of debian/control.
