I've recently learned that one of the nyquist files contains license
terms contrary to the Debian Free Software Guidelines (DFSG)

I've just checked and found the latest release of xlisp
[ http://www.xlisp.org/ ] has a new license that is compatible the
DFSG.  

Would you consider replacing the problematic files when you make
a new release?
