If you navigate to File -> Open File... -> DVB then hover over the value
assigned to 'Transponder symbol rate in kHz' it displays a lot of
technical text that it probably shouldn't, such as 'Project-Id-Version'
and 'Report-Msgid-Bugs-To'.
What it should do is display some helpful message.
