Package: mpg123
Version: 1.6.2-1
Severity: normal

If one has non-ASCII characters e.g. in the title tag of an MP3
file, the right column is distorted:

Title: Títülø Artist: No Artist
Comment: Album:
Year: Genre: Unknown

Title: 现在开始 Artist: No Artist
Comment: Album:
Year: Genre: Unknown

Seems like mpg123 counts bytes instead of characters.
