Doh! This was supposed to be already fixed:

% apt-cache show supercollider-common | grep 'Breaks\|Replaces'
Replaces: supercollider-doc, supercollider-server (<< 3.5)
Breaks: supercollider-server (<< 3.5)


The attentive reader will notice the lack of epoch in the relations...
Fixed in git.
