mplayer_nice is key feature of qemplayer.
Realtime I/O priority for MPlayer is needed when some other
application is fully loading hard drive.
It prevents empty buffer in MPlayer.
Nice -20 ensures that MPlayer always gets needed CPU time if some
other application fully loading CPU.
