Please consider adding a .desktop file to the cecilia package.
Please find attached a patch with the file and the necessary changes
to debian/rules. Note that cecilia doesn't actually work on my system
(AMD64), so while I have tested the appearance in the menus and that
the application is launched, I cannot verify that cecilia built with
this patch continues to work.
