On upgrade one gets these errors:

'/usr/lib/blender/scripts/presets/framerate': Directory not empty

And stale files/dirs are left over:

The issue here is that those files are replaced by blender-data package
now installing stuff under /usr/share and probably the installation
process didn't know that. Not a real problem, then. Remove those files.
The problem won't face again in future upgrades since the installation
procedure will keep this structure now.
So, I'm closing this bug report. If you consider the issue above
described as more important than it is, please feel free to re-open this
report.
