Control: retitle -1 avconv does not support -t as argument for input
Control: tag -1 fixed-upstream

Apparently originally the -t option only worked as argument for output.
Since upstream commit 488a0fa68973d48e264d54f1722f7afb18afbea7 [1], the
-t option should now also be available on input.

I have no idea yet how to tell in which Debian version this was/is going
to land, but thought to just let the bts know.

Anyways, -fs as argument for the input does not make sense. I believe
that the original bug regarding -fs is an operator error. To get a
cleaner interface, you can't specify an output argument before the input
file in avconv anymore. Maybe avconv could warn about this...

PS: I think it would be good to document in the man that -fs will reduce
the length of the video if needed.
