Just a small addition: that wouldn't be so for LV2 specs [1] as they
are platform-independent and therefore fall under /usr/lib/lv2/.
Hence:
1. LV2 specs/extension -> /usr/lib/lv2/
2. LV2 plugins -> /usr/lib/${ARCH}/lv2
