Well, the message I've quoted above explains this pretty well, I think. Did xbmc try to send the patches to j-b? Do you have a reference for the upstream submissions? Note that this upload would fix a RC bug that we have right now, and I currently see less problems in getting the xbmc patches into the videolan branch.
