Hi,

I believe this issue is related to the bug#758543 since the workaround proposed in the thread (symlinking libdvdnav.so.4.1.2 to libdvdnavmini.so.4 in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu) enabled gnome-mplayer to work.
