Package: hydrogen-drumkits Version: 0.9.3.20070703-3 Severity: normal Hi,
I can't find information about the licensing of the drumkits. 'debian/copyright' says it's BSD-licensed, but the upstream tarball doesn't contain licensing information ; the original upstream URL now redirects to Hydrogen's homepage, and I can't find the individual drumkits in upstream's sourceforge download area. Chief concern is the presence of Roland and Yamaha drumkits which according to their drumkit.xml files are direct recordings of individual samples straight from the equipment -- which sounds pretty risky to use in a DFSG environment, unless that's explicitely permitted by the manufacturer. Do you have more copyright and licensing information about these drumkits? Cheers!
