The LADSPA_Descriptor's of all the plugins contain
LADSPA_PROPERTY_REALTIME which is unneeded AFAICS.

This may be confusion with LADSPA_PROPERTY_HARD_RT_CAPABLE
(I agree the naming is a bit unfortunate ;).

However, as ladspa.h says:

: /* Property LADSPA_PROPERTY_REALTIME indicates that the plugin has a
:    real-time dependency (e.g. listens to a MIDI device) and so its
:    output must not be cached or subject to significant latency. */

I don't see such a dependency here. So please remove
LADSPA_PROPERTY_REALTIME.
