The lame plugin was moved from -ugly to -good in 1.14 and because -good
1.14 has not yet migrated to testing, you have managed to lose the
entire plugin.

Upgrading gstreamer1.0-plugins-good to 1.14 in unstable should work, but
I am wondering whether it's a good idea to add a Breaks to -ugly to
prevent this from happening? This is the recommended way according to
#9 on this page:
