Hi pkg-osm team,

I've noticed that debian/josm.sh have an "export CLASSPATH" which override 
Class-Path provided in META-INF/MANIFEST.MF of josm.jar.

I think it's better to only keep latest one (MANIFEST) as it allow running 
josm with any VM with : $java -jar /usr/share/josm/josm.jar.

Here is (attached) a patch to fix this.
