override_dh_auto_test: use autopkgtest's skip-smoke tests blacklist,
instead of the previous whitelist approach.
This way, first we're not maintaining essentially the same list in two
different
places. And second, we won't forget anymore to add new tests upstream has
added
to our whitelist.
